My returns policy is straightforward:

If you buy an ebook and it's the wrong format - I'll send you one that's the right format for your reader.

If you buy an audio download and you can't play it, contact me and I'll do whatever it takes to solve the issue,

If you buy a paperback and it gets damaged during shipping, send me a pic of it and I'll send you a replacement.

If you have any other problems with my products, let me know by email, through the contact form on here, or the chat and I'll try my very best to make you happy!

Ebooks and Audiobooks are sent pretty much instantly. Physical books are shipped immediately or in the case of a pre-order, as soon as they become available.
